The objection of Kashmiri Muslims was inevitable because wherever Muslims have become a majority, they begin to show intolerance to other religions. India must not capitulate to such tendencies; otherwise Muslims will demand another partition. The fight for Amarnath land is not merely for pilgrims’ facilities, it is verily the fight for India's integrity.

As a secular democracy, our duty (including the Government's duty) is to provide the infrastructural facilities for people of of all religions, especially the majority religion, to go to their sacred places and Amarnath Yaatra is a TOP priority. It is the right thing to do. Nobody can be allowed to prevent our government from being able to help the people in this sacred matter.
